5Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) fully confidential. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to mx001 customer support immediately.

6Deposits

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds at mx001 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• mx001 will not be liable for delays caused by technical or banking issues.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.

7Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Full KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• mx001 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before funds earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• mx001 reserves the right to verify the source of a withdrawal amount if necessary.

8Welcome Bonus

mx001 offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — your total balance will be ৳32,000.

The welcome bonus can be claimed only once, and only one welcome bonus applies per account.

9Wagering Requirements (Betting Conditions)

To withdraw any bonus, including the welcome bonus, a 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is set from the date the bonus is activated. Bets placed on certain games may not count towards wagering — contact customer support for details.

10General Bonus Terms

• By claiming a bonus, the associated terms and conditions apply automatically.
• mx001 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If multiple accounts, false information, or bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another user.

11VIP Loyalty Program

The mx001 VIP Program has four tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

12Gaming Code of Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited while playing on the mx001 platform:

• Playing using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Manipulating game outcomes or attempting to hack the system.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or benefits.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively towards other players or mx001 staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, mx001 reserves the right to suspend the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action.

13Responsible Gaming Policy
